Digital Product Manager Sr./ Strategist 
Location : Norfolk, Richmond VA, Atlanta GA, Mason Oh, Indianapolis IN

Responsible for the ongoing strategy development of new and existing capabilities of digital products from inception to launch and lifecycle. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for developing strategies, programs and solutions based on business priorities, consumer insights and industry trends that support Anthem’s digital strategy.
  • Work with business partners and foster multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure successful deployment of digital engagement solutions that engage target populations based on their unique data
  • Create digital strategies and experiences that provide personalized experience aimed at influencing behaviors and improving the health of our members”
  • Oversee and interpret market research and competitive intelligence to determine ways to competitively enhance product capabilities.
  • Partners with business stakeholders and IT to determine the best solutions to enhance functionality and increase user satisfaction.
  • Participate in Agile Scrum process to ensure product solutions are fulfilled.
  • Work with design team to organize and evaluate results from usability studies.
  • Evaluate how variations in the product design can impact its overall effectiveness.
  • Responsible for the development of market-based migration plans, roadmaps and communication strategies to support value delivered, consumer benefits, business benefits, outcomes and impact on the business.
  • Partner with leaders and associates in the broader enterprise digital solutions organization to align priorities and strategies.
  • Healthcare industry awareness and business acumen with demonstrable ability to think conceptually, refine into clear plans and organize execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute on strategic plans & initiatives in a complex environment
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to synthesize and creatively demonstrate accomplishments, decisions, and direction for executive level presentations.
  • ​Responsible for gathering and assessing market requirements through competitive intelligence and emerging trends, stakeholder and consumer feedback.

Requires a BA/BS degree; 5 years of experience in digital product management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Prior direct to consumer and/or healthcare industry digital experience preferred. Scaled agile experience required.

Experience working in a healthcare environment is nice to have.
