Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: 

  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with Business and IT partners.
  • Proactively works with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements
  • Leads the high-level requirements development process. 
  • Supports elicitation/development of high-level and detailed business requirements for medium- to large-sized efforts.
  • Supports the management of integrated (business, functional, and technical) requirements and design to ensure that all requirements have been gathered and proactively identifies opportunities for improvement in requirements gathering, documentation, and translation. Anticipates and identifies customer needs and matches products and services to facilitate the fulfillment of those needs across medium, complex technology initiatives. 
  • Partners with business, architecture and infrastructure and oversees all service levels to ensure business area needs. 
  • Provides the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business.
  • Ensures high level designs including architecture requirements are accurately documented and map to approved requirements. Defines detail design components with high level architecture blueprints. 
  • Manages integrated functionality, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system. Creates feature test strategies and environment needs.
  • Defines development strategy, standards and support tools.
  • Identifies and manages risks and develops contingency plans to resolve issues that impact business objectives.
  • Assists in developing training documentation and proactive identification of additional documentation needs. 
  • In depth knowledge of tools utilized. 
  • Coordinates integration activities to ensure successful implementation. 
  • Ensures effective monitoring of systems. 
















  • Minimum 7 years’ experience working in multi tech stack and multi database enterprise environment
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Requires Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field;
  • Experience setting up and driving operational excellence
  • Project management experience and healthcare knowledge required. 
  • Provider experience preferred
  • Data Quality Experience preferred
  • Experience with Tableau highly preferred
  • Experience with SEMOSS preferred
  • Experience data migration & data movement projects highly preferred.
