AIM is looking for a seasoned talented Test Data Management (TDM) Developer. Thisposition reports to the Data Warehouse Team that is part of the Technical Enterprise Information Management team. The TDM Developer is responsible for all planning, discovery, design, development and maintenance of test data.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Planning, Development, Design and maintenance of test data using IBM Optim
  • Develops test data management strategies and plans to provide right sized, production like, reusable and secured test data per test data requirements
  • Candidate should be prepared to act as a technical expert in their field, focused on the technical aspects of the test data discovery, architecture, test data provisioning and maintenance.
  • Works directly with project teams coordinating and managing requirements and design data for testing.
  • Experience in the testing lifecycle, helping testing organizations take advantage of data, improved efficiency, quality and delivery.
 
Requires Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems; minimum of 5 years experience in application development, database development in either mainframe or distributed systems platforms; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
 
Qualification Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in development and implementation using IBM Optim
  • Experience using DataStage ETL tool
  • Demonstrable knowledge of all aspects of IBM Optim including: in-depth knowledge of IBM Optim features on data management, data privacy, and data archive.  
  • PL/SQL knowledge on writing scripts and toll using PL/SQL procedures
  • Experience with designing, developing and implementing Optim Subsetting jobs
  • Experience with the distributed software Optim, Optim Designer, Optim Scheduler, Optim Manager, Optim Connect, IBM Classic Data Architect, IBM Data Studio, Discovery Studio,
  • Competent in reading and modifying physical data models
  • Should have excellent communication and written skills.
