Account Service Rep I/II
Work location: Denver, CO
 
Responsible for supporting Account Management staff in the retention of local groups. May also support new sales team.
 
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Plans, manages, and conducts Open Enrollment presentations to new and existing accounts and assists client employees in the enrollment process.
- Stays informed on enhancements to product lines and provides information and highlights any benefit enhancements and/or changes, company procedures, etc., and assists in education, coordination, and implementation.
- Develops relationships with existing accounts, members and brokers and responds to inquiries.
- Responsible for the management of assigned accounts related to sale, enrollment, consultative and administrative support and resolves service related issues with book of business.
- Represents Account Manager when necessary and participates in client service meetings.
- Maintains data and provides accurate reporting to groups.
- Responsible for effective communication and coordination within and between business units.
Requires a BA/BS; 1-2 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
 
Sales license required by day 30 of employment.
 
Account Service Rep I - 1 year of related experience
Account Service Rep II - 2 years of related experience

Please note: This position may be filled at either the Account Service Rep I or II level. The Hiring Manager will determine level based upon the selected applicant's skillset relative to the qualifications listed for this position.
