We have an opening in our Indianapolis, IN office for an Administrative Assistant II that will be responsible for providing administrative support to Accounting and Finance. Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Researches and verifies information pertaining to reports; prepares/tracks budgets; creates databases and analyzes moderately complex data. 
  • Supports projects by assisting manager/department, builds and maintains project plans, schedules and contributes to meetings to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Prepares correspondence and reviews documentation for conformance with internal policies and procedures. 
  • Maintains files, orders supplies, coordinates meetings and compiles and distributes meeting minutes.
  • Handles travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Screens, handles or distributes incoming calls and complaints.
  • Serves as the subject matter expert for the Finance Department in the areas of:
    • SharePoint Administration
    • Document Retention
    • Onboarding
    • NAIM (Non-Associate Identity Management)
  • Consults with management on solutions to business issues and organizational improvements.
  • Analyzes existing and potential workflows, processes, and procedures and identifies improvements and opportunities for standardization.
  • Assists in the development and documentation of new or revised accounting processes, procedures, and tracking mechanisms.

Job Requirements

  • Requires a HS diploma or GED; 4 years administrative experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.  BA/BS in Accounting or Finance preferred.
