Associate HR Consultant
Responsible for HR operations support for an HR Business Partners/Directors.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: 
Responds to routine questions on human resources policies and procedures. 
Facilitates virtual and/or face to face culture training
Completes required research for HR actions, associate relations issues and legal and compliance issues. 
Researches PeopleSoft, personnel files and other online tools to solve problems and answer questions.
Responds to unemployment claims and occasionally participates in unemployment hearings.
Prepares, tracks and reviews Reduction in Force documentation.
Supports onsite wellness indicatives, corporate sponsored events, etc.
Completes I-9 responsibilities for new hires and reverifications.

(Must be able to work at this location daily, no relocation assistance available)

Required 
High school diploma 
3 years of related HR experience. 
Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel 
Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal)
 
Preferred 
BA/BS degree 
PeopleSoft experience 
Unemployment claims administration experience
Severance administration experience
