Job Summary:

The Business Change Manager will play a critical role in supporting the overall execution and planning efforts for key Health Care Analytics functional departments.  A successful Business Change Manger will be an exceptional team player who is able to foster relationships across departments. Key position traits include, the ability to see the big picture and concurrently be able to get into the details to ensure department activities and deliverables from executive reporting, financial operations and business communications are executed successfully. 

Responsible for working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans that support achievement of business unit and enterprise goals.

Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:

  1. Identifies potential issues, project charge, and scope.
  2. Leads efforts to identify best practices.
  3. Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required.
  4. Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs.
  5. Designs methods for integrating function and process.
  6. Conducts cost/benefit analyses.
  7. Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.

Job Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field.
  • 5-8 years of process or project related experience that includes experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign.
  • Any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • PowerPoint - Expert proficiency required.
  • Excel - Intermediate proficiency required.
  • Program management experience.
  • Detail-oriented.
