Business Change Manager Sr.
 
 
 
Responsible for working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans that support achievement of business unit and enterprise goals. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:
  • Support of Dental Operations to ensure team priorities are4 aligned and focused on improving results.
  • Facilitate efforts to identify best practices within teams or between teams supporting Dental.
  • Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required.
  • Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs.
  • Designs methods for integrating function and process.
  • Conducts cost/benefit analyses.
  • Provides process, project, and change management methodology coaching/consulting support to both local and enterprise wide initiatives.
  • Provides expertise in process improvement using six sigma-like methodologies.
  • Supports the execution of the operation plan.
Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field; 8-10 years of process improvement, business change or project related experience that includes experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. change management and process improvement experience required.
