Business Consultant
This position can be located in the Denver, CO, Indianapolis, IN,
Midland, GA, Richmond, VA, Virginia Beach, VA,
Tampa, FL or Nashville, TN office
The Business Consultant will serve as a telephony Product Owner. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Partners with product manager, customers and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate into product strategy and vision
  • Translates product vision into requirements and document users stores
  • Maintains a product backlog and prioritizes the product features for delivery
  • Clearly communicates product vision and requirements
  • Collaborates with scrum team to deliver product features and capabilities
  • Establishes acceptance criteria and confirms capability delivery meets criteria
  • Solicits and incorporates customer, stakeholder, and end user feedback
  • Provides direction and guidance to team members and serves as product expert
  • Partners with other product owners and product managers to ensure alignment and delivery of integrated solutions
  • Support product manager in developing and executing on telephony and channel management strategy and roadmap


Job Requirements

  • Requires a BS/BA degree
  • 8-10 years of business analysis, product owner, or product management experience, which includes delivery, system implementations and/or business operations; or combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Agile experience, preferred
  • Experience implementing telephony and contact center solutions, preferred
  • Experience establishing and implementing new strategies, desired
  • Ability to travel maybe required.
