Location: Overland Park, Kansas office 

The Compliance Project Administrator (PA) directly supports the Director Medicaid Compliance and the Amerigroup Kansas Medicaid Managed Care Plan compliance program. The PA will provide support with internal and external auditing, compliance work plan management, risk assessments and contractual compliance monitoring. The PA must be detail orientated, highly organized, and possess strong analytical and communication skills.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: 

  • Build and maintain project plan and schedule to assure that project deliverables are met.
  • Assist in documentation and project status tracking. Monitor and track activities to ensure objectives are met within established time frames and budgets.
  • Schedule, facilitate and attend meetings on behalf of the compliance department.
  • Support the compliance department in overall compliance objectives, and management of compliance projects.
  • Prepare and deliver compliance presentations as required.

Job Requirements

Requires a High School Diploma or GED; 3-5 years of business experience in health care or a related field; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred: BA/BS degree, certification in healthcare compliance and ethics, and experience with SharePoint and Compliance 360.
