This opportunity works with the oversight of the Employment and Community First CHOICES program for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position is responsible for daily business operations, including overseeing the automated daily and monthly enrollment file updates, member reconciliation process for assigned markets and resolution of complex enrollment issues.

Enrollment Data Analyst II – Nashville, TN – PS1035

The Enrollment Data Analyst II is responsible for routine maintenance, updates, and reconciliation of enrollment databases for assigned markets, and resolution of fundamental enrollment issues. Analyzes and resolves moderate to complex errors resulting from automated file updates. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintains and updates enrollment profiles for assigned markets, often requiring high volume data entry.
  • Monitors receipt of State enrollment files and communicates issues to management.
  • Responds to enrollment verification requests and updates applications accordingly.
  • Researches and resolves eligibility inquiries, verifying basic enrollment/eligibility information and ensuring that the enrollment database reflects correct data.
  • Researches and resolves membership discrepancies identified through monthly quality reports.
  • Serves as Subject Matter Expert for Enrollment Operations in assigned market(s).
  • Provides process oversight of daily business operations to Enrollment Analysts as it relates to resolution enrollment processes of assigned markets.
  • Monitors market-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) per contractual requirements, escalating issues to management as needed. Interfaces with state agencies, Health Plans, and various internal departments as needed to investigate and resolve complex enrollment issues. 
  • Participates in market meetings and audits as needed to provide market specific details regarding enrollment load and reconciliation processing.  
  • Completion of telephonic screenings with Members using State Guidelines and tools.
  • Utilize TPAES for Pre-Admission Evaluation Submissions.
  • Review, submission and monitoring of Member Transitions within program specific groups.
  • Review, Submission and monitoring of Member Disenrollment’s from program specific groups.

Job Requirements


  • high school diploma
  • 2 years of experience in an analytical role; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Bachelors in Information Systems, Healthcare Management, Business or related field preferred.
  •  A working knowledge of the current CHOICES/ECF CHOICES or DIDD’s HCBS programs preferred.  
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize assignments and work independently within their work schedule.  
  • Professional experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is a plus.
