Responsible for acquiring new small, accounts through brokers. Typical group size is 2-99. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: 
  • Prospects accounts and produces revenue through new sales. 
  • Generates lead activity and makes sales calls. 
  • Develops strategies and utilizes selling techniques to acquire new business. 

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Acquires new small group accounts through General Agent distribution channel.
  • Develop General Agent growth strategies that produces revenue through new sales.
  • Lead and develop General Agent communication and education strategy.
  • Create data analytics to track General Agent performance and to create General Agent specific growth opportunities.
  • Provide sales leadership with market and general agent based feedback to identify market opportunities and the development of sales strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS; 3-5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. 
  • Exhibits senior level sales competencies as defined by the business unit. 
  • Sales license required.
