Job Summary
This position will be the subject matter expert on the Workforce of the Future for the Innovation Team, pushing our organizational thinking on topics of Exponential Organizations and Future of Work.  The role will be responsible for identifying opportunities to engage in a multi-channel workforce strategies that leverage a mix of traditional full time employees, crowds and technologies. 

 The idea candidate will design operating models taking advantage of exponential processes and technologies to enable new care delivery payment models healthcare.  The will be working directly with the VP supporting enterprise level initiatives to redesign workflow processes and business models and future proof our business. They will serve as advisors to business leaders in the company.  They are expected to have a point of view on key trends shaping our business as well as lessons we could learn from other industries.  In addition, they will collaborate and curate with partners in our ecosystem and with internal functions in our organization. Success for this role will be defined by the ability to transform our existing core business and future proof our business.

Experienced in building teams, growing businesses at an exponential pace
Advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational psychology or Preferred.
Excellent written, oral and positive influential interpersonal skills required; ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical terms
Ability to effectively demonstrate capabilities as a Leadership Coach.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate business strategy into organization operating plans

Solid knowledge of MS Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Results-oriented and 'hands-on' approach
Must be an independent thinker, possess strong organization skills, strong customer focus and orientation
Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
