**This is a Work at Home opportunity, however the selected candidate must reside in one of the following areas: Mason, OH, Virginia Beach, VA, St. Louis, MO or Atlanta, GA.

This position is part of the Business Improvement Team focused on operational quality improvement within Pharmacy. 

Responsible for translating most highly complex and varied business needs into business process improvements and/or application software enhancements. These needs typically involve a significant expenditure or cost savings and impact a wide range of functions. Also, provides expertise to lower leveled consultants. This is the highest level in a career progression. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Provides expertise to lower level consultants on the analysis of business needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.
  • Determines specific business application software requirements to address the most highly complex and varied business needs.
  • May lead teams of analysts assigned to the most complex projects, typically those of highest importance and impact to the way in which we do business.
  • Analyzes and designs solutions to address varied and highly complex business needs.

Job Requirements


  • BS/BA degree
  • 8 years of business analysis experience, which should include analysis, project management, process improvement with planning, leadership and working knowledge of the SDLC of technology; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Experience in pharmacy and/or the healthcare industry is required.
  • Financial forecasting and/or ROI analysis experience is required.
  • Project management with an emphasis on Process improvement experience is required.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification at any level is strongly preferred.
  • DMAIC methodology experience is preferred.
  • Comfort and skill in interacting with high level leadership required.
  • Ability to communicate complex scenarios to leadership required.
  • Expert skill level with PowerPoint and Excel or any other process mapping tool required.
  • Vendor management preferred.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Ability to travel may be required.
