Implementation Coordinator
 
 We are looking for people who want to learn our business and grow within our company.
 
The role is responsible for leading the implementation process for new accounts and monitoring renewal implementations. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Works directly with clients, consultants and brokers to define benefits, group structure, reporting and other client
  • requirements.
  • Accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of the implementation process.
  • Maintains Project Plan and manages project plan across various groups within the organization (Sales, Operations, Underwriting, Finance, IT Specialty (HMC, Dental, L&D, Vision, Pharmacy, etc.), Medical Management, and Group Medicare.
  • Ensures completion of all critical deliverables in a solution oriented manner.
  • Develops effective relationships with existing clients, new clients and internal partners, such as Sales Support Services,
  • Operations, Sales, ID Cards, E&B, and Underwriting.
  • Works collaboratively to resolve issues.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements and conducts on-going root cause analysis.
  • Acts as primary contact/liaison between clients to resolve issues related to implementation plan design and customer deliverables.
  • Works hand in hand with Sales and Sales Support teams in developing prospects and responding to RFPs

 
Implementation Coordinator
Requires a BA/BS; 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Advanced degree preferred. Travel required.

- Candidate must have strong sense of professionalism
- Candidate must have desire to grow within our organization
- Strong presentation skills
-Master's degree highly preferred
