Responsible for leading  overall strategic direction and execution of data, analytical and reporting capabilities, tools, outputs, insights and business/clinical interpretation and advisory services.
 
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Defines, communicates and mobilizes execution to address the business needs and strategy for creating, sourcing, and making accessible the data necessary to measure the performance and to drive improvement of solutions and capabilities. Introduces and drives substantive acceptance and adoption of analytical and reporting methods, presentation, and supports Sales, Marketing, Client Management, and Strategy & Solution Development in their accountabilities to drive innovation, growth, and value to clients and providers.
Responsible for informational/data management, business intelligence/reporting, and health cost/clinical performance analytics.
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
 
Requires BA/BS in a quantitative major: 8 years of experience in leading advanced analytical function in a major industry; or any combination of education and experience , which would provide an equivalent background. Master’s degree in a quantitative field, MBA or MPH preferred.
