  Responsible for overseeing the strategy and planning activities of DBG Insights, including overall strategy, operational oversight, and Chief of Staff responsibilities.
Primary duties to include but are not limited to: Ensures successful development of solutions to meet customer needs in the desired timeframe.
  • Oversees major cross-disciplinary initiatives that involve the strategy, design and deployment of solutions that package multiple forms of analytics (e.g., provider, member, clinical, data science).
  • Successful execution of DBG Insights goals through end to end operational oversight of department.
  • Conducts in-depth strategic research, identifies new solutions and provides advisory and analytical support to enable to the broader Insights
  • Solution vision and strategy.
  • Hires trains coaches counsels and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Requires a BA/BS degree in a relevant field; 10 years of management experience with significant large-scale project management strategic planning and/or consulting in the health care industry including 5 years of experience leading enterprise business transformations including large programs and multi-disciplinary teams; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. MBA MS or other advanced degree preferred.
