  • Collaborate as an integral member of the digital product management, design and development teams.
  • Translate business and user experience requirements into user-centered designs.
  • Create user flows, personas, wireframes, clickable prototypes, video demos, and other artifacts to describe the intended user experience.
  • Support supplementary design requirements, like photo editing, preparing comps for presentations, sketching, and design thinking workshops

The Digital Solutions User Experience Designer will be responsible for driving best-in-class cross-platform experiences for our enterprise businesses. The successful candidate will leverage expertise in human computer interaction, user-centered design principles and forward-thinking digital best practices to shape business objectives into user-friendly experiences that exceed the expectations of our customers.
Primary duties include but are not limited to:


•         Requires a BA/BS in a design discipline
•         Up to 5 years of experience including 1-3 years working in a consumer facing design capacity; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

  • Experience working on large, complex websites and mobile applications
  • Experience working on an Agile team
Key Skills
•         Axure, Adobe Suite, Sketch, InDesign, After Effects (or similar tools)
•         Strong Mockup-wire framing, prototyping, video demos
•         Someone comfortable articulating the theory and logic behind Usability 
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal, written and problem-solving skills and the ability to present to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to think creatively about business problems, conduct competitive analysis and connect research insights to digital solutions
