Position will be based in Wallingford, CT or Atlanta, GA.
Responsible for measuring and analyzing performance metrics related to Agile / DevOps programs across all IT-ADM suppliers, assessing key trends and delivering insights to AVMO and IT-ADM leadership teams and, continuously improving contract structures & SLAs for Agile delivery teams. This person will also be responsible for rigorously tracking the implementation of AVMO framework and tool-kit to aid Business-led oversight of vendors outside the scope of AVMO, supporting the remediation of any Internal Audit findings assigned to the AVMO and related to oversight of supplier relationships and, assisting the leadership team in enhancing the AVMO program while focusing on key high-impact levers. The Associate will also lead the design, implementation and management of a comprehensive monitoring process that will measure the health of key supplier relationships and inform improvement plans.  
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Assists in the execution of vendor agreements to ensure compliance, monitor contractual and committed benefit requirements.
  • Coordinate collection of metrics regarding vendor performance; rationalizes data; and submits reports to management. Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and other vendor contractual commitments.
  • Provides support to vendor management team.
  • Assists with vendor management projects and/or payment of vendor invoices.
  • Requires a BA/BS degree in business or related field; 1-3 years experience related to vendor/contract management, operations, and/or project management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
